Solution

Die Therm’s complete thermal management solution provides the capability for comprehensive thermal control by optimizing cooling fluid flow rate and temperature at inlet and outlets. Proteus flow meters are used to maintain temperature uniformity throughout the die through control of the heat transfer between cooling fluid and surface of the die.
